The BRK(MC) brand detector is a hardwired 3-in-1 120 V AC/DC detector that combines a smoke and carbon monoxide alarm with a 177 CD LED strobe light for the hearing impaired in a compact housing. Additionally, the light flashes differently for smoke detection and carbon monoxide detection. It includes a sealed lithium battery, eliminating the need for battery replacement. Its built-in photoelectric smoke sensor reduces false alarms caused by cooking smoke or shower steam. It also uses an electrochemical carbon monoxide sensor for increased accuracy.
